Thank you for shopping at Hadia & Fatima. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Stitched or customized outfits.
- Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.
- Items that have been damaged after delivery.
3. Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email/WhatsApp]. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/JazzCash for COD orders).
- You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
